The beauty world has been busy of late with a slew of acquisition announcements. In the latest, You By Sia is expanding its laser and cosmetic skincare empire by purchasing a handful of Nad’s Laser Clinics in Sydney.
Three Nad’s clinics have been acquired (Sydney CBD, Burwood and Parramatta), and they are set to be rebranded under the You By Sia brand.
Founder of the You by Sia group Sia Hendry says the new enterprise will combine the best of both companies: “This will be a definite win and a fantastic opportunity for all the customers of Nad’s and You By Sia."

You by Sia now has six clinics in Sydney, with plans for further expansion.
