Joining the likes of Sweaty Betty’s Ministry of Talent and MAXMEDIALAB’s MAXCONNECTORS, Tomorrowland Group is the latest PR agency to divest into talent management with the launch of Talentland – a new companion agency to nurture and develop digital influencers, experts, and creatives.
With a strong initial portfolio, bellaMUMMA blogger Nikki Yazxhi, Fox in Flats blogger Andrea Michelle, and The Men’s Grooming Room’s Aiden Xydis are among the talent already signed on with Talentland.
“Raff [Tomorrowland Group co-founder Raffaele D'Alisa] and I created Talentland as a management platform for ‘experts, social influencers and creators’. A way of mentoring and helping them navigate the commercialisation of their talent, supporting through the maze of brand requirements and giving them the right tools and knowledge to elevate their output. As an example, we have entered in a creative alignment with Studio Mondo who can assist talent with photographic/studio resourcing to deliver elevated output,” reveals Tomorrowland Group and Talentland co-founder Gary Saunders.
“Connection is my passion, I have worked with creatives for years and married them to brands. I have also managed the best creative talent globally and helped them grow their revenue streams. So I guess Talentland harnesses this ability in a formalised management and mentoring proposition. I also wanted a management option for talent, that celebrated expertise and not just reach – and a resource for brands to deliver authentic stories and messaging.
“The clear distinction for Talentland is that the portfolio delivers expertise and knowledge in a wide variety of interests – health, beauty, lifestyle, men’s, nutrition, fitness, travel, illustration, and videography.”
