With her song Ghost going platinum in the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand, Ella Henderson is hot property on the music scene. Recognising her talent and worldwide appeal, dry shampoo giant has signed on the UK singer-songwriter and former X Factor UK finalist as its official face.
The double-platinum award-winning singer will feature in the brand’s 2015/16 ‘Ready for it’ campaign. Its launch - April 13 in the UK and August in Australia - will involve a TV advertisement showcasing Anderson’s latest single, Mirror Man.
Henderson is a longtime fan of the brand, explaining that as a time-poor artist, dry shampoo is one of her handbag essentials: “Batiste is my number one hit; I’m either in the studio or on stage, in a car or on a plane - often with very little time to get ready. I can always count on Batiste to refresh and restyle my hair in one go; I know I’ll always be ready for wherever the day takes me.”
For CEO of Crown Talent & Media Group Mark Hargreaves, the partnership is a no-brainer thanks to the international appeal of both parties.
