Karlie Kloss turns beauty vlogger

Victoria’s Secret alumni Karlie Kloss has been focusing on her digital talent of late with the launch of her Klossy lifestyle channel on YouTube. Having amassed 354,300 subscribers and growing, the American model looks set to be as successful online as she is on the runway.

Recently Kloss expanded her channel’s content into the beauty domain with the launch of her first make-up tutorial. In the video, Kloss recreates her Met Gala 2015 look with the help of make-up artist (and Beyoncé’s chosen make-up man) Sir John. The video - already viewed 123,652 times - sees Kloss dispensing advice such as “taupe is every girl’s best friend” and “when it comes to the skin, I think that less is more”.

Kloss also revealed her penchant for a strong brow, admitting of her arches: “Eyebrows are a rather accentuated part of my facial features. They’re like, little exclamation points above my eyes.” Accompanying the strong brow was bold, feline liner and minimal foundation, applied by Sir John over the course of the six-minute video guide, his goals of which were to achieve: “Luminous skin, super soft lips… just kissable, touchable soft lips.
