No stranger to the beauty world with her upcoming cosmetics line Fenty Beauty, M.A.C collaborations and fragrance offerings, Rihanna is taking her know-how one step further with the launch of her own beauty and styling agency, Fr8me. The agency will represent make-up artists, hairstylists, manicurists and stylists looking to book commercials, editorial shoots, ad campaigns and red carpet appearances.
The singer founded the LA-based firm with managing partner Benoit Demouy, and has already signed on some impressive industry names - Rihanna’s personal make-up artist Mylah Morales, stylist Jason Bolden, and hairstylists Patricia Morales and Marcia Hamilton. Morales has worked with the likes of Evan Rachel Wood and Fergie, while Hamilton does regular gigs with Jada Pinkett Smith and the Smith family.
"Hair, make-up and styling play an important role in creativity. I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do. We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me, but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!" Rihanna told The Hollywood Reporter.
In conjunction with Fr8me, Rihanna has also launched a photo agency called A Dog Ate My Homework.
