The famous gents joining L’Oréal

Modelling sensation Lucky Blue Smith is the latest fashion darling to join the L'Oréal Paris family - signing on as brand ambassador alongside race car champion Lewis Hamilton.

The social media star boasts two million Instagram fans (his ‘lucky charms’) and has just been named the new face of the men’s Expert HydraPower skincare range. L’Oréal Paris brand global president Cyril Chapuy welcomes Smith to the fold: “Lucky Blue Smith embodies the new Alpha Male at L’Oréal Men Expert. Confident, he’s the force behind his own success, a model made on social media, but not only. Truly connected to his followers, he creates a whole new level of connection by organising meet-ups with his fans.

“His incomparable, almost ethereal look, and his selfie-made story is one that L’Oréal Men Expert connects with. He’s an alpha male, a social media-made style leader for his generation, men and women alike.”

Smith is equally enamoured with his new role: “I travel a lot and go to different countries almost every week. My jet lag can get out of hand and I have to take care of my skin. So when I was asked if I wanted to be one of the L’Oréal Men Expert’s face for grooming I was super stoked and honored.”

Joining Smith in the L’Oréal family as the new face of the HydraEnergetic range is three-time world champion race car driver Lewis Hamilton. He comments on the appointment: “In my world, success is down to focus and efficiency. L’Oréal Men Expert has the same philosophy – and their high-tech products are made for men like me. I don’t want to waste a second and I’m used to getting the result I want. I’m proud to join the L’Oréal Men Expert club.”
