With 300 award entries and 16,000 votes from the public, the second edition of the #beauty20 Awards was a huge success - with beauty brands battling it out to be recognised for excelling in the digital and social media arena.
Winners were announced at an innoCos Digital event held in New York on November 6, with Mary Kay and Sephora the big victors on the night - both taking home more than one category. The Best Instagram proved to be the most popular category, with a large number of brands vying to take home the gong for this social media platform.
“The #beauty20 Awards is an opportunity for the beauty industry to see which brands are staying closely in touch with their customers. Those companies who participated turned to their customers and asked for their support and the results were overwhelming! In the end, the winning brands had tightened the connection with their customers who are now celebrating their win,” says innoCos events managing director Irina Kremin.
