Australian women’s lifestyle title, POPSUGAR, has a new publisher in Val Morgan Digital (VMD), according to reports by Mumbrella.
VMD has announced the new partnership with US holding company Group Nine Media, and will be publishing the Australian edition of the site, reporting to reach more than 1.1 million Aussie women each month.
"Having POPSUGAR as part of the VMD stable of brands will see us continue our mission of relevant storytelling that drives curiosity, influence and impact," said VMD managing director, Brian Florido.
“We’re still very much in the growth stage and the focus really is our unique ability to create content and advertising packages that go beyond traditional digital environments, further closing the loop between cinema and Out of Home advertising.”
POPSUGAR was formerly published by Allure Media until its assets were folded into Pedestrian TV, when Nine acquired Fairfax Media in 2018.
It has been published in Australia for more than 10 years.
