Home cooks give Jamie Oliver a run for his money

After sourcing hundreds of recipes from Master Chef-wannabes across the country as part of The Bioglan SuperFoods Project, is thrilled to announce Australia’s first healthy crowd-sourced cookbook The SuperFoods Kitchen is finally here.

Available online now and through select bookstores and pharmacies this May, The SuperFoods Kitchen features over 70 recipes from naturopaths, nutritionists and home cooks that all submitted recipes to The Bioglan SuperFoods Project.

From savoury nourishing meals to healthy and delicious desserts, all recipes included in the The SuperFoods Kitchen incorporate superfoods within the list of ingredients.

“We were inundated with original, creative, totally delicious new healthy recipes that had me in awe of the level of superfood culinary skill in Australian kitchens. There is now no denying it: healthy food is delicious food!” says The Bioglan SuperFoods Project food editor and judge Jody Vassallo.
