The latest fitness movement taking off in Oz

A fitness routine can be hard enough to maintain with long working hours and the chill setting in, but boredom is potentially the most dispiriting part of regular exercise.

It’s a mentality that the creators of AnyClass are attempting to combat with the release of the first fitness initiative of its kind on Australian shores. This fitness movement provides users with a single membership that entitles them to classes of their choosing at any of the participating studios around the country.

Based on similar programs ClassPass and FitMob, AnyClass was created by experienced gym owner Elena Torriani, who partnered with 25Fifteen for the start-up.

She explained the inspiration behind the movement’s creation: “I kept hearing friends say that they could never attend all of the classes they wanted to, across a number of studios, because membership to all of them would be too expensive. So we’ve now solved that problem for them at AnyClass.”

Information on the fitness studios involved and membership fees can be found on the AnyClass website and Facebook page.
