Melbourne enterprise Bastion Collective has acquired Sydney based beauty, retail and lifestyle PR agency, Tomorrowland Group.
Bastion Effect, the PR arm of the Collective, will now have teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane following the acquisition.
Bastion Collection founder and executive chairman Fergus Watts said in a statement to Mumbrella: "We have been looking for an acquisition in the Sydney market for the past couple of years and are really excited to bring Raff [Raffaele D’Alisa, Tomorrowland’s co-founder] and his team into the fold.
“Their business offering, client base and culture align perfectly with ours and the world-class work they deliver for some of the biggest brands and household names was a key component in our decision-making process.”
