With a focus on sleek and minimalistic design elements, iconic skincare brand, Ella Baché has unveiled an all-new salon design look and feel, starting with its salon in Secret Harbour, Western Australia.
The fresh design is about creating a welcoming, contemporary environment with minimal clutter and messaging, by using digital technology and simplified elements to engage the customer and therapist.
"The new salon design, focuses on the client experience and showcases our expertise and our reputable products," shared CEO and third-generation owner of Ella Baché, Pippa Hallas.
"Focusing on the client journey has led to simplifying the reception area and ensuring everything was intentional; from the digital screens, lighting, furniture, the reception desk, materials and colours; all elements effortlessly welcome, invite and communicate our point of difference which is our knowledge and love of skin."
As the proud owner of an existing Ella Baché distributor and the visionary behind the newly designed franchise, Ella Baché Secret Harbour, Helena Annandale is a true entrepreneur at heart, and when she heard of the new salon concept, she jumped straight in.
"It has been an exciting journey, explaining that not only is it a business opportunity, but also a chance to extend the renowned Ella Baché brand presence into new communities," said Helena.
With Helena’s passion for skincare, beauty and helping others, Secret Harbour is set to become a haven of relaxation, rejuvenation, and revitalisation.
All elements of the design have been considered and created for the customer’s experience. The finishes, colour palette, furniture and lighting have been specifically selected to enhance the inviting, yet professional atmosphere. Digital media takes a leading role in this new design, leaning into the ‘less is more’ strategy, reducing visual signage and clutter in the salons.
"Every element of the design was considered from the point of view of the end user - both client and therapist. The focus on the new colour palette and material details made this a very rewarding project to be involved in," said the mind behind bringing to life the new look, MorrisCo Design's Alex Morris.
As Ella Baché moves into a new era, the salons will begin to incorporate elements of the latest design to ensure uniformity across the board, a core focus on acknowledging and loving the skin.
With a number of new salons opening in the new year, you will see this design roll out across Australia.
