endota spa Organics - Radiance Boost Serum
A few weeks back, I was treated to an endota in-salon facial which left my skin so plump and dewy, I made a list of skin resolutions the length of my arm to motivate me to keep this fresh-faced feeling. The girls at endota were kind enough to ensure I kept my new #skingoals well beyond the salon, introducing me to their in-house wonder, the Radiance Boost Serum. This powerful, antioxidant-loaded serum is great for those wanting to get that just-had-a-facial glow at home. I’ve been using it morning and night under my moisturiser and my skin feels smooth and even. I’ve even been asked what illuminator I’m wearing, when in fact I’m not wearing any. I’m not going to lie: this little potion has me feeling a bit smug! - Nat
Weleda Almond Sensitive Skin Body Lotion
I was lucky enough to visit the Weleda gardens while on holiday in Germany recently. After learning more about the processes involved in biodynamic farming and harvesting the brand’s beautiful ingredients, I was excited to trial the new-launch Almond Sensitive Skin Body Lotion. With a delicate almond scent (deliciously identical to marzipan) and a smooth texture, the Body Lotion sinks into the skin to leave it feeling comforted, hydrated and soft. I put the Body Lotion through its paces on my trip and it kept my skin looking amazing, even after swimming in the sea, plunging into icy mineral baths, enjoying wet and dry saunas and dipping in chlorinated pools. - Janet
Revitanail Nail Strengthener
Ask anyone in the BD office and they’ll tell you: I’m a mani fiend. I get my gels redone every couple of weeks, and while my nails should look a little worse for wear, they’re actually in great condition. That’s thanks to Revitanail Nail Strengthener! I take a ‘break’ from gels every three months or so and apply this treatment. It’s packed with calcium to harden, strengthen and protect nails while nixing peeling and chipping – because no one wants sad-looking fingertips. Like a polish, I brush the clear formula on once daily for a week, and then take it off with a regular nail polish remover. By that time, I’m ready for my next round of shellac – what colour should I get? - Katia
Eye of Horus Goddess Mascara
Leaving the house without any mascara on is kind of like leaving without your clothes. You feel and look naked. Your eyes appear smaller, and you generally just look ‘undone’. With a ridiculous number of mascaras on the market (all claiming to be ‘must-haves’), it’s near impossible to know which one to choose. I’m currently loving the ‘Goddess Mascara’ by Eye of Horus. It’s a beautiful lengthening mascara formulated with organic moringa oil to strengthen the lashes. Only a swift coat or two is required for ‘goddess-esque’ lashes that don’t smudge all day! - Kel
ChapStick Hydration Lock
As a lip-biter (and non-stop talker), my poor pout takes a beating. Rather than change my lifelong habits, I’d prefer to arm myself with a hard-working lip balm. My weapon of choice is ChapStick Hydration Lock. The dual-action lip balm is a power couple of sorts. One side of the stick combats chapping lips and dehydration with a moisturising formula of jojoba, mango seed and shea butters. On the other, you’ll find a long-lasting skin protectant (and calming) concoction of aloe vera to lock in moisture for up to eight hours ahead. Hello, soft lips! - Sarah
Nad’s 2-in-1 Exfoliating Body Wax Strips
Just like the song goes, I got it from my mumma - and that includes a fair bit of body hair! In winter, it’s no problem because I can happily go six weeks without waxing, but come summertime, the hair needs to go. Enter: Nad’s Exfoliating Body Wax Strips. The exfoliating scrub surface of the wax strip gently buffs my skin by removing dead skin skills and releasing any ingrown hairs, while the wax surface easily and painlessly rids me of unsightly body hair. The result? Smooth, summer-ready skin! Oh, and the pomegranate scent is delicious! - Sophia
