Tight, prom-style curls are quite possibly one of the biggest hair errors a gal can make. We left the questionable ‘do back in the 90s, and that’s really where it should stay. As a girl with naturally curly locks, I do everything in my power to tame my tresses. Unfortunately for my hair, this means constant straightening, blow-drying and general abuse in the pursuit of smoother strands. Praise the beauty gods for deep conditioning treatments like HASK’s Keratin Protein treatment. The thick mask hydrates burnt-out hair and prevents further breakage. I have never used a brunette-specific haircare product but after a summer of salt and sun (read: frying my hair), I felt like I needed a little less brass and alot more deep brown tones in my life. The new Catwalk by TIGI Brunette Shampoo, Condition and Mask are formulated chestnut extract to make your locks glossier and more vibrant. The result was a richer colour, a bit more bounce and fresher ends, which I'm definitely onboard with. And if you needed a bit more of an incentive to jump over to the dark-side of haircare, this product smells good enough to eat.
