Nutrimetics Energise Night Rescue Créme
I know how much eating superfoods benefits skin, so it makes perfect sense they would also work wonders when incorporated into skincare products. So I was impressed (but not too surprised) when the Nutrimetics Energise Night Rescue Créme really boosted the hydration levels of my skin thanks to the inclusion of beetroot extract. With an action-packed event calendar at the moment, I've been going to bed each night feeling quite worn. But I've been applying this last thing, and waking up each morning a new woman. Goodbye, tired and dull skin. Love me an overnight sensation! - Yelena
Goodness Certified Organic Chia Seed Oil
I have a soft spot for superfoods - quinoa, kale, chia are all a part of my vocabulary, my diet and now my bathroom cabinet with the release of a slew of products containing these ingredients. Goodness Certified Organic Chia Seed Oil is one of my favourites. It’s a lightweight oil that utilises the benefits of the applauded chia seed. I smear it all over my face to give my skin a dose of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty, keeping it hydrated, nourished, and protected against inflammation. - Sarah
Alpha-H Protection Plus Daily SPF50+ Moisturiser
When it comes to SPFs, I have high standards. I need something that will protect me from the sun (even during winter) and give my skin added benefits. The Alpha-H Protection Plus Daily SPF50+ Moisturiser ticks all those boxes for me. It combines highly effective sun filters with naturally derived ingredients that help to enhance skin. It also contains pomegranate to protect skin from free radical damage and photoaging. And unlike some SPFs, it doesn’t leave my face looking and feeling greasy. - Aja
Sukin Super Greens - Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturiser
These days, green is the new black, and superfoods are dominating. Thanks to this gem from Sukin, I’ve started putting them on my face. Literally. The Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturiser is packed with familiar vitamins, minerals and antioxidants - think kale, spirulina, acai and goji berry - to nix dryness (seriously, can winter be over already?) and make skin look healthy again. Its cranberry scent is also strangely uplifting. Good work, Sukin, you’ve done us Aussies proud! - Katia
Eminence Citrus and Kale Potent C&E Serum
I’ve been incorporating a vitamin C serum into my daily skincare routine for a few months now and the changes I’ve seen have been amazing. I try to use good quality serums that are packed with raw ingredients rather than cheaper alternatives that often contain a large percentage of fillers. I’m currently loving this potent blend from Eminence, which boasts stabilised vitamin C along with many other superfood extracts, resulting in healthy and happy skin. - Kelly
