MOR Lip Macaron in Rosebud – Zoe
What it is: A lip balm that leaves lips soft and supple with a hint of gloss.
My experience: The formula contains moisturising ingredients such as shea butter, lanolin, rosehip oil, beeswax, cocoa butter, coconut oil and vitamin E. These all worked together to seriously help my poor, dry lips feel moisturised almost immediately while lasting throughout the day. The super cute macaron inspired container also didn’t hurt!
Burt’s Bees Gloss Lip Crayon – Steph
What it is: A moisture-rich formula that provides a velvety gloss finish and up to eight hours of wear.
My experience: I love that this formula contains shea butter and jojoba oil which are two of my go-to nourishing ingredients to prevent my skin and lips from drying out. This balmy gloss applies so smooth and effortlessly, making it a handbag essential for long wear and glossy colour on the go.
Yves Saint Laurent Volupté Tint-in-Balm – Georgie
What it is: A lipstick-lip balm hybrid that leaves a sheer, long lasting colour.
My experience: The first time I tried this– at my desk – everybody around me was literally blown away by the vibrancy of the colour. The product looks and feels like a lip balm but the colour on the lips is closer to a lipstick or gloss. So many products promise this but fail to deliver – thankfully this is not one of them. I’ll be using it til the end.
Dermal Therapy Lip Balm – Laura
What it is: A concentrated, hydrating lip balm formulated to soften severely dry and chapped lips.
My experience: After application my lips felt a slight tingling sensation while the balm worked it’s magic. I noticed results in just one-day of use, my lips felt moisturised, soft and soothed.
Carmex Carmex® Jasmine Green Tea Lip Balm Tube – Tash
What it is: A moisturising lip balm, formulated to combat dry and cracked lips. This works great worn on its own for a little gloss or as smoothing primer under lipstick.
My experience: This powerful little lip balm is a beauty staple! The change of season was taking its toll on my lips however after using Jasmine Green Tea Lip Balm they have become smooth and soft. With the delicate Jasmine Green Tea scent and added benefit of SPF15, this makes a great little product for year-round.
Bobbi Brown Art Stick Liquid Lip – Aja
What it is: A super creamy and pigmented lipstick that provides full coverage and a semi-matte finish.
My experience: I'm all about this liquid lipstick trend and Bobbi Brown have taken it to the next level with a squeezable stick formulation and design. The lipstick also doesn't budge meaning it's cocktail and dinner-proof!
Bodyography Lip Gloss – Vanessa
What it is: A creamy lip gloss that shines.
My experience: This glossy lip formulation keeps my lips hydrated and looking shiny all day! It contains aloe vera and vitamin E which offers a moisturising finish – plus I LOVE the soft, brown nude.
e.l.f Day to Night Lipstick Duo – Sam
What it is: A dual-ended lipstick with a lighter shade for day wear and a bolder shade for evening.
My experience: Gone are the days of having to rummage through my handbag to find the right shade at the right time, this is definitely my new on-the-go essential! This formula left my lips feeling soft, moisturised and ready to take on the day AND night.

What it is: A one of a kind, custom formulation lipstick courtesy of The Lip Lab.
My experience: The Lip Lab offer total customisation of lipsticks, including building a unique colour, choosing a formulation, adding a scent (I chose pink champagne!) and picking your finish. I absolutely love the idea of creating your own unique lipstick to suit your skin tone, skin type and personality. I created a creamy, nude, matte lipstick with a hint of pink-champagne pop – my new signature.
Blistex Pearl Soft & Silky - Issy
What it is: A clear lip balm that is packaged perfectly for use on the go.
My experience: The shea butter in this balm is super nourishing and the unique packaging makes it so easy to apply. This is a great travel-friendly essential and is so easy to pop in your handbag for soft and hydrated lips throughout the day.
