bdBLOG: The product making women attractive

You only have to see the slew of stars without make-up” magazine coverlines to realise that foundation can do magical things to a person’s beauty.

Armed with the common knowledge that decorative cosmetics can enhance female facial attractiveness, GDK skincare group set out to discover whether subtle facial cosmetics can achieve a similar attractiveness effect.

To do this, the group presented 123 evaluators with facial photos of study participants with and without an application of an unobtrusive foundation and a facial cleanser.

The study found that when the test subjects were wearing foundation they were viewed as being significantly more attractive, despite the evaluators often not being able to pinpoint why this was the case, reports CosmeticsDesign.
