Last year impressed the technical world with its revolutionary Make-up Simulator, this year it’s moving on to digital with the announcement it is set to launch watashi+ on April 21.
Watashi+ is a total beauty service that will provide newly developed content to its existing official website in order to help meet customers’ beauty concerns, according to CosmeticsDesign.
The new beauty service helps the brand connect to customers and stores in order to unify web communication.
Benefits of watashi+ include a web counselling” service where customers can get product advice from web-based specialised beauty consultants and an online virtual make-up simulator, a store navigation function and an online store.
According to Shiseido, the new service will be suited to "each and every customer’s needs in order to enrich customers’ lifestyles through cosmetics."
