NZ: Bobbi Brown treats fans on Facebook

Social media is not just for baby photos or envy-inducing shots of your beach holiday - it’s also a powerful outlet for businesses making new announcements.

Make-up giant Bobbi Brown has harnessed this, announcing that it is relaunching its Makeup Lessons in New Zealand via its Facebook page.

In an effort to engage fans and entice them to sign up to the interactive program, the American brand has created The Makeup Lesson Social Media Campaign.

Using Facebook, the campaign works in the same manner as an advent calendar, rewarding Bobbi Brown followers on a daily basis. Users can unlock a different beauty treat - such as cosmetic gifts or make-up lessons - each day in February.

The Makeup Lessons boast an extended menu of services, with customised lessons to suit individual lifestyles and requirements. Each step-by-step class is five to 45 minutes in length, and led by a trained Bobbi Brown make-up artist.
