After beginning her career with the L’Oréal Group back in 2005, communications, events and sponsorship manager Kate Heliotis is farewelling the company to explore new opportunities.
Finishing up on Friday, August 14, Heliotis has played a pivotal role in L'Oréal Paris’ success in Australia, with the brand consistently ranked number one when it comes to PR in Australia.
“After 10 amazing years with L’Oréal Australia, I have made the decision that the time has come for my next adventure. I have had nothing short of a brilliant decade in the land of all things beauty-full and leave with too many career highlights to list and a huge array of lifelong friends… what more could a girl ask for?!” says Heliotis.
“Working for such an amazing brand, surrounded by so many incredible people, has been both a privilege and enormous pleasure... and my time with the L’Oréal Group will remain forever cherished.
“This role has seen me travel the world working on phenomenal projects but it is the people, and amazing relationships/friendships, which is the undoubtable highlight of my time. My official last day is next Friday and would love to catch up with or chat to as many of you as possible in that time… And of course, well beyond that also. After all, it’s far from goodbye.”
Another long-stayer with the company, L’Oréal Paris Skincare group brand manager Lucy Fisher, will also be finishing up at the company. Fisher joined L’Oréal in the UK in 2006, and her last day is Friday, September 4,
“Please join me in thanking both Kate and Lucy for their contribution to the L’Oréal Group and wishing them all the very best in their future endeavours,” says L’Oréal Paris marketing director Cameron Woods.
