The changing landscape of PR has led to a number of agencies adapting their offering - we’ve seen Magnum PR become Magnum & Co, MAXMEDIALAB launch MAXCONNECTORS, Sweaty Betty create Ministry of Talent, and Keri Kitay PR fold to form Team Unltd. Now, Undertow Media is following a similar route - announcing the company is undergoing a complete revamp to reflect the future of the business.
Effective immediately, Undertow Media will now be called . The name revamp reflects the company's commitment to effect change for its clients and the industry. The rebrand is part of wider changes at Bastion Collective (formerly Bastion Group), but while the name is different, the team will remain the same.
"Why change a name that has equity in the industry you ask? Bastion Effect reflects the future of our business and the journey we’ve been on over the past 12 months to revolutionise what we do, by creating an integrated communications offer relevant today and into the future," explains Bastion CEO Sarah La Roche.
"This model is less about creating a one-stop-shop and more about focusing on building a strong group of strategic communications businesses that combined, and separately, help clients form meaningful connections with their target audiences.”
