She’s been part of the Bauer Media/ACP family for more than a decade, with various roles at Cosmopolitan, DOLLY, and Woman’s Day – where she is currently associate editor. Now, the publishing house is thrilled to announce Emma Vidgen has been appointed editor of Real Living.
Effective August 15, Vidgen will head up the multi-platform brand that includes magazine, digital, social, and live experience elements.

She has an extensive publishing career and brings with her a great passion for anything homes and a deep understanding for our readers’ needs. It’s also pleasing that she is an internal candidate, living proof of the breadth and depth of talent that we have within the Bauer business," says Bauer Media publisher specialist division Cornelia Schulze.
Vidgen adds: “I’m thrilled to be building on Real Living’s strong foundations to lead the brand into an exciting new chapter. I have a strong interest in all things interiors and Real Living is the perfect vehicle for me to satisfy that passion.”
