With Tania Gomez heading off on maternity leave this Friday, InStyle is delighted to welcome Faith Campbell as her replacement. Former Bride to Be acting editor, Campbell has been at Pacific Magazines since 2010. BD chatted to her about returning to the glossy.
Please can you tell us a little bit about your background?
I started in PR, a million years ago, before beginning my magazine career at InStyle in 2010. After working at various times as a lifestyle, features and beauty editor I became acting editor of Bride to Be in 2015.
What attracted you to the InStyle role?
It’s the magazine I started at, and one I have always read. I was attracted to the diversity of the role and working with a wonderful group of people.
What will the role entail?
Managing the team and day-to-day goings on in the office, plus writing, commissioning, editing and anything else I can help out with.
What are you most excited about getting stuck into?
Mostly I’m excited to be part of a creative and passionate team – the rest is icing.
