Whenever millennial-favourited beauty brand Glossier releases a new product, the internet goes wild for it. This was no different for the US-based company when it revealed (via Instagram) that it would be expanding its product offering to include body care.
Called “Body Hero” the two products specifically are Body Hero Daily Oil Wash and Body Hero Daily Perfecting Cream.
Online, Body Hero’s Oil Wash description reads: "Body Hero cleans, hydrates, and enhances skin all over, with a light, baby-fresh scent. The seven-oil blend in Daily Oil Wash attracts grime and sweat like a magnet before turning into a soft froth that washes it all away without stripping." While the Perfecting Cream “is your body's daily moisturiser—it melts into skin for all-day hydration. With a light, baby-fresh scent and tiny light-reflecting particles for an instantaneous, dewy sheen that lasts. For skin that looks toned, taut, and radiates healthy glow."
The product’s release coincided with the campaign imagery dropping — featuring body positive images of women in all shapes and sizes championing the two Body Hero’s.
