Hair: Dale Delaporte for Goldwell Professional
Hair style: "It's the ten year anniversary of the brand so it's quite a big deal. We wanted to keep a '70s vibe to the hair without being too literal, so we've done a big sweep over the eye and a wave through the back. We've used Goldwell Naturally Full to add plenty of volume and mousse to add glamour and shine to the hair style. This also helps to give a bit of grip and a bit of resistance to the hair. The key to the look is the deep side part with a good product like the Goldwell Glamour Whip to mould it to the face and cover the eye, blowdrying with a round brush across the face to achieve the curl," says Dale Delaporte.
Make-up: Nicole Thompson for
Make-up style: "We wanted to create a uniform look on all of the girls, so it is all about the bold lip and strong brows. The brows have been drawn on so that they are quite similar in shape and size, making them as strong as we can get them with quite a boyish shape. It's all about create a bit of toughness to go alongside a glossy lip. A strong brow and a glossy lip are the two elements that we want the audience to see straight away. To play up on the texture we are going to be adding more and more gloss to that lip with M.A.C Lipglass. Cherry lip pencil is used all over the lips as a base opaque colour, and combined with neon pro pigments to add more colour. It also helps to prevent any bleeding of the lip colour. Mineralized Foundation has been used on the skin, buffed in very lightly to make sure that it looks like real skin with powder pressed all over the face to help create a matte base," says Nicole Thompson.

Nail look: "We have gone for a cool grey look with the shade of Cocktail Bling, which is rare for polish as the greys used are normally warm. The brand loved it straight away and it runs through the collection. It's really a cool girl nail that we have gone for that, combined with the make-up, gives a bit of street cred. We have a grey fingernail and then we are brining back the pale pink of Ballet Slippers on the toes," says Ali Magliveras.
