“Honey, I’m home…” Haircare manufacturer and distributor Ozdare has sold the distribution rights for American Crew and REVLON Professional back to Revlon, effective immediately. The two brands will be distributed by REVLON through its Australasian headquarters in Sydney.
“REVLON’s commitment to the growth of their brands in the professional industry made us at Ozdare realise that the support of a major multinational company could offer both our staff and clients something that was truly exciting,” says Ozdare Corporation founder Peter McDonald.
“We felt their vision matched ours in passion, but they had far greater resources to make these dreams come true. Ultimately, it was important that our staff and clients felt as little change as possible with the buy-back of these distribution rights.”
Formerly the national business development manager for Ozdare, Matthew Kilty has been appointed the general manager for Revlon Professional and American CREW in Australia.
“Ozdare & REVLON have a long- standing relationship. We share the same values and the desire to make the changeover as easy as possible,” says Kilty.
The company will continue to utilise the Ozdare Academy for brand education.
