It’s been a big year for GaryPepperGirl blogger Nicole Warne. After becoming the first digital influencer to appear on the cover of a major Australian fashion magazine for ELLE’s July issue, Warne has just been announced as the new ambassador for Since 1851.
Warne will help to launch Kiehl’s’ Daily Reviving Concentrate, which is hitting the skincare brand’s US website today. The digital campaign showcases four looks, each representing varying lifestyles that work in elements of the Kiehl’s brand.
The four looks include Free to Roam/Carefree Girl, a natural look shot in Central Park; East Village Biker, with a black leather-clad Warne shot in the East Village; Professional Mother, with Warne decked out in a power suit and heels; and Intrepid Pilot, shot at an aircraft carrier with Warne wearing a flight suit, boots and sunglasses.
“We were inspired to work with Nicole because she has a distinct visual communication and she’s appealing to a broad customer base,” Kiehl’s general manager worldwide Cheryl Vitali tells WWD.
“With 40 per cent of her followers in Europe, 24 per cent in the Americas, and 33 percent in Australasia, Nicole’s community is one of the more global ones within the lifestyle space. Representing our diverse customer base in this digital campaign was essential for us.”
