Lifestyle communications agency Stellar Concepts has unveiled a major revamp, with the business welcoming a new power duo to its helm. The move will see long-time staff member Hayley Cole and former staff member Gabrielle Sigelski take on the positions of co-directors for the agency as it moves into its 20th year.
The announcement marks the return of Sigelski to the business, a company she first joined 12 years ago. Stellar founder Marguerite Julian says of Sigelski’s return: “Gabrielle’s experience running her own agency and more recently her global communications role with Red Bull, arguably one of the world’s most innovative marketers, will be of tremendous benefit to Stellar’s growth with her focus on content development and distribution, digital marketing and brand storytelling.”
The news will also see a move for Cole from general manager, a role she has held for three years, out of the ten she has spent at Stellar. Julian has no doubt in the abilities of the duo, on whom she comments: “Hayley and Gabrielle demonstrated how well they work together the first time around. In those days they teamed up working on clients in the beauty, liquor, travel and hospitality sectors. This time around they are both older, wiser and have expanded their repertoire across a broader cross section of client experiences.”
Cole adds that beauty will be a key focus for the company: "Stellar has two key pillars to our business – beauty/fashion/retail and food/beverage/hospitality. Growing these sectors with our passionate team is certainly part of the future vision for the agency. Plus, I’ve always adored working with the many talented beauty writers out there and the many innovative brands that play in the space...so watch this space!"
