Yellow Wood Partners, a U.S-based private equity firm that focuses on investing in consumer brands and companies, has acquired Paris Presents, the owner of beauty brands, Eco Tools and Real Techniques.
Previously owned by EagleTree Capital, Paris Presents is merging with Yellow Wood’s personal care brand, Freeman Beauty. The acquisition is expected to benefit the gen-Z and Millennial focused retail partnerships of both companies.
Paris Presents’ CEO, Patrick O’Brien, along with other top management executives, are expected to stay in their current positions.
