Aveda teams up with Elyse Knowles for a limited-edition collab
Aveda has teamed up with ambassador Elyse Knowles for a limited-edition collaboration in conjunction with Earth Month 2019.
To help raise funds for the initiative, Knowles has designed a limited-edition tote bag made from one of the world’s fastest growing plants and biodegradable resources, bamboo. The design, featuring the earth in waterdrop form and the statement ‘Be The Change,' reinforces Knowles commitment to environmental responsibility and the clean water mission.
100 per cent of proceeds from the limited-edition tote bag will contribute towards WaterAid’s clean water projects, focusing on nutrition, improved access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene in India.
"In Australia, we are very lucky to have clean running taps and flushing toilets. We take this for granted but other countries are not so fortunate. The Aveda tote bag is a wonderful way to raise funds and awareness for WaterAid. Using the bag for a trip to the market, the shopping centre or the green grocer is also an incredibly easy way to take a step towards eco-friendly living. Every little bit helps," said Knowles.
The tote bag will be available from Monday April 22, 2019.
